Some DTV servers don't kick you when you die, allowing you to keep your multipler, then sit in the equipment screen not respawning.  Enjoying your 5x for as long as you idle.  Even admins are abusing this.  Please remove the DTV game mode until this is fixed.

That's the reason why we always kick people repeatedly not spawning in DTV, especially after round 4...
