Title: heirloomed items are gone

i have a 4th gen char that goes by the name Risen Helinias.
i stopt playing for a week or so since i hat more important matters to attent to.
when i logged in the day before yesterday i noticed i lost my lordly wisby gauntlets.
so i logged into the main page to see if it was reset. unluckly i came to discover that
nothing was reset and i simply lost my heirlooms, if anyone could help me out with this
that would be nice. you have my thanks in advance,

You should be able to pick out new items to heirloom from your equipment page.

i am aware of that, however that is not the isseu here.
nothing has been reset i checked and double checked it.
my heirlooms seem to have dissappeared
