I think free will exists. The real question is if we, as biological organisms, are the ones who possess it.

The universe might have free will, doesn't mean we have it as individuals.

The universe is the free will - it is the original thought. I am the universe, and so are you. But our humans are only vessels to our soul. It is not wrong to think the world is a simulation, but more precisely it is imagination of god. If god was omnipotent and omniscient, the only way he could entertain himself is by creating independent free will - one that he can not control and predict. So enjoy your shitty life, wageslave, for in a way, you asked for it.
