nevertheless, I always respect people who work out, no matter how much people pose and make selfies, in the end it's still hard work. I lift and jogg myself but my noodle arms are not worthy for any competition, I mostly do it to stay fit
you could swim to loose some weight without straining the knees too much, I remember that you should have some experience when it comes to naval maneuvers 8-)
