Title: Absolute Last Player to Become Admin?

After reading the admin post Arys made, I wondered who would make the worst possible admin. This qualification is based on toxicity, potential abuse of power, and overall immaturity.

Some names come to mind:

Most players from native
Poophammer (ha!)
TheGreatDane
