Title: No voice command sound.

I can hear no voice command sound ingame. I read it, I can use it, but no sound for them at all. Whistling works. And I got the newest patch. Any ideas?

you did download too late.
It was in the "early" versions, but got removed later on due to copyright worries

Hurrr... but I wanted to know if my voice was used or not  :D
