i dont see this server in server list... is dis south america? the only populated server in da game

Yes. South American hosted out of Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Oh man a russian would probably have the worst ping possible there, like, practically unplayable.
My uneducated guess would even be that the point furtherst away from sao paulo is located in russia
