Title, why is the grind still so huge, especially so late in the game's life ? The average grinder makes a little more than 1M per day, it'd take almost 6 months of 2 or 3 hours a day to earn that much XP to get a level 34 character, let alone anything beyond that. The maximum I think you can reach without losing your sanity, in a timely manner, is level 33, at 60M, if you play very, very well and keep that multi, plus play strat on top.

When you have new players who ask you how much time they have to invest to reach level 35, it's quite unpleasant to tell them the truth.

It's pretty easy to get 3-4 million a day in NA at least. Though we have more good strat battles at the moment than you guys. As someone getting close to lvl 36 and gen 68 on my main I don't find the grind is too bad at the moment but also wouldn't be opposed to a reasonable increase in XP.

Looking at the stats you are right though the average player appears to be getting around 1 million a day.

mfw grinding has never been easier, you get more gold than ever before, you start with 3 looms as a new player

reducing the grind won't make new players stay in a game where they need to spend 1000 hrs learning to get 3 kills

It's not about gold. Gold is piss easy to get, I'm talking literally only about experience points here.

I think it's 4 looms, unless they changed it. 1 tunic with mail, 2 handed sword, arming sword and war spear all +3.

I agree, once I get to the point I need over 100 mill xp on a character for the next lvl I really have no desire to play that char anymore.

Thats an interesting sentiment lol, no new player will ever be high level the way it is now.
Can I give back the legendary title and the 15 looms I got from retiring at lvl 35 on Asheram and get lvl 35 back so I can just play and ignore xp?
