At the time of this post New Tebandra has 105 unused PP, a market growth of 500, trading goods at 25 silver, 5% tax and the following upgrades for gear:

I will only be accepting gold and/or loompoints as payment. The sale will be closed on September 10th (next monday), or you can make a REALLY good offer and I might just close it at that point.
