You can always post what you have in mind, as long as it sounds balanced, they might have a look at it. Don't get your hopes up though, cos without any attention, it'll end up just like Dave's suggestions about crossbows.

Post what you like, there isn't any guarantee anything will be implemented as with any idea suggested because it requires the agreement of the majority of the balancers. However, if you make a good enough argument then I'll definitely consider it as I have started to play cav as well so I understand a bit more about how they play.

I pitch any and all suggestions to the balance team so long as they aren't stupid and actually make sense. Plenty that I've suggested have been shot down immediately due to holes in said ideas but just suggest what you like.

9 open topics on the table, over a dozen changes over the past few months, reworks to classes to incentivize fair point distribution, new items added, 3 changes waiting to be implemented, open dialogue from team members to the community via forum

Balance-wise I think cav are already good. Of course, the optimal strategy is just to wait and surprise people from behind. It can be boring if that was the only way to play them so cav should focus on having more playstyles and being more fun. I liked the idea of speeding up some of the light bois, and cav in general. Just speed, maneuver is OD.

well I think it's also important to remember that the server population directly affects the effectiveness of a class. when the server pop is 18 (9v9), the players on team A will be able to focus and acknowledge the entirety of team b pretty much; ie archers will remember where you are if you are lurking as cav, infantry will be aware of you encroaching during groupfights, etc. Sneaky/surprise lance cav just isn't the most playable class right now

duckie plays some retarded pure tincan plated charger and just rams into people with a couched lance and does pretty fuckin well tbh

if by doing well you mean utterly failing and dying 10 seconds into the round and then doublespawning and using the second life to endlessly bump his own teammates until he loses the round
