Title: Please add a new official rule

No ranged or cav below 10 or 15 players on PVP servers. It just kills the game at such low player counts.

NA does, and when there are 16 people on an 6 of them are ranged, the population goes down to 10 within 20 minutes. i only wish the big time archers on NA would simply make a melee alt and try to enjoy the game in the way that literally everyone else enjoys it until the point there are enough people on to play ranged without seriously fucking the rest of the server's players

It would be fun if it was balanced by people who don't need to 1 hit from 100 meters away

Yeah, but once the server reaches 15-20 players, then it's totally okay!

Yesterday speedy and cancerdave were on eu1 at the same, oh the fun, seeing those two shotguning everyone else.

On a side note: Last night i was on EU1, we were 5 players. No range but 4 duelists. Everyone was 1v1. Rounds lasting 10+mins 2 live players dueling while the dead can watch. Because epeen duel on battle server. Players left because they cba. If range joined, precious entitled duelists quit or whine, mostly both.

And here we were, shielders, the pure battle class, watching the precious complaining about the spoilers, all while we just wanted a clusterfight bombed by projectiles.

Was pissed off and couldn't be arsed to switch to melee, did perform quite poorly either way. To be honest, I'd have wanted Dave and Speedy to log on their melee alts, but they do their own thing.

Then again, I wouldn't be against class balance, it just was pretty poorly implemented (aka not-working-at-all kind of poor).

When it was below 10 players we switched to melee. I always switch to melee when it's low pop. On the other hand playing spamming thrower isn't helping anyhow. Spamming throwers are the worst ranged.

Yes but you also attacked melee players. Basically I do the same - I play ranged to attack ranged but kill melee too because occasionally everyone played ranged at least once at some point so it's my jihad against ranged. We're doing the same job.
