Title: Is This Still Ban'able?

So someone calls out, hey this "blablabla person" is using a pike on horseback, thats bannable, so the guy continues to use it, and gets a couple tk's while he's at it.

Ya its a shame the banners arent like Halflife sprays or PotBS Flags, where you have to make your own and its distributed to anyone you play with.

Yes, I think this is still banable, since its a unintended bug, which he abuses here aka bugusing. At least that's what my common sense tells me. But it is NA server right? :P not my area

Pwny said earlier in the NA server that he didn't realize at the time that it was a bannable offense and I haven't seen him doing it since. I think maybe admins should give him the benefit of the doubt on this one.

I remember this, too. I also haven't seen him using it since.

Why no pikes on horseback?  And.. what ever happened to that 300 length, purportedly historically accurate uber-lance we used to have?

Hard to know these mystery rules for people who are new, or haven't been around for a while.

The weapon says in hot pink text 'NOT USEABLE FROM HORSEBACK'.  Contradictions of how items intended to be used give you pause
