Ok I dont know exactly what happened but did what I usually do when I see some people on crpg, tried to update in online mode before running in offline.
When I ran the launcher something blocked and removed my crpg mod and now I dont know how to reinstall it. I have used Norton paid AV for the last 8 months to a year and no problem launching mod.
The only thing I have done recently is remove my malwarebytes program because it set it self up some how as part of my AV list along with Norton after updating it and it automatically setting up a 2 week trial that I didnt ask for. So my windows defendor kept telling me my AV was disabled fix it when I exited Malwarebytes and it wouldn't let me remove it from the list so I just removed it entirely from my pc.
Now I dont know how to get cRPG back as somehow windows 10 doesn't automatically create restore points when system changes happen like win 7 did, so I cant restore my pc to an earlier time anymore as I didn't manually create any restore points which I prob should have done before.
Help.
NVM I figured out how to restore it.

So this is strange, I at first found an old installation from a system restore windows old that I didnt delete and started updating it but stopped as it was taking a while and wanted to do something else. I got so much old crap on my pc it isnt even funny.
So I figured out how to restore the version my norton antivirus quaranteened (dont know why it was quaranteened because norton changed or some crpg update that it read wrong) and now I dont have to check the offline box to be able to play the game like I used to.

norton is a bitch, i had to disable the smart firewall when i downloaded launcher, then set up a special rule telling norton not to delete the file. which it sometimes ignored.
