It's a bastard of both really since alot of it involves buyers/sellers as the influencers of the price instead of probability.  But the results of the awnser is the gamble.

I didn't fully read through it after finding out I couldn't take part anyway. I only read something about duplicate accounts so I assumed it might not be allowed.
