Spawn in, mad merc is bad so he decides to teamhit my horse. (Also tried to throw at me later, but missed so no screenshots of it)

I can confirm he was throwing javelins (or some similar throwing weapon) at jarleks horse and then at him when he dismounted.

Jarlek hadn't done any of his usual smack talking in chat towards the player in question or the mercs as a clan in this particular session, so as far as I could tell it was unprovoked.

Exactly like when jarlek is nudging me from roof to make me fall in middle of all enemies and after he say sry because you know it's pure accident.

When i was admin i got trouble with some kalamare and now they try to trap me... do i need to call a merc to post here and ask him also to lie ?

Actually had no idea it was blackbow. Makes sense now since he fought so badly (although that could be pretty much any merc)

I was there and to me it looked like an accident. We sometimes fuck over with each other so blackbow might have just released it unintentionally. And you can clearly see he said sorry afterwards. I was in discord at that time and I'm pretty sure we would react if blackbow started teamhitting jarlek on purpose.

On the other hand I heard blackbow complaining about jarlek nudging him and I also witnessed it. Yet both cases are still not something I would make a banthreads about.

You honestly think throwing a throwing lance at friendly cavalry at the spawn is an "accident"? Come on dave, you're not that dumb. Besides, you know the stuff from blackbows screenshots are from ages ago right?

According to the logs, unsurprisingly, the exact opposite took place.

I get it, you two want to go at each other's throats at the first opportunity you get. I will however not see a single teamhit against a horse with no futher quarrels regarding this particular case as justification to issue a ban.

You should indeed know better though blackbow and if you have evidence to bring forth against jarlek, you should do it in your own report.

Therefore, consider yourself warned blackbow. An entry will be made in your record, linking to this thread in case it may become relevant again.
