Title: Girl scout cookies

Girl Scout cookie season is upon us, i think it actually started like 2 weeks ago but they just made it to TX.

It is time for me to get fat on THIN MINTS

What is your favorite cookie? And why is it not THIN MINTS?

Dude, thin mints are the best! Usually my neighbor's kids stop by for my order but I haven't seen them this year. I am sad. Hopefully though some entrepreneurial girlscout will be camped outside my Wal-Mart or somewhere and I can buy them then.

To be fair, thin mints are only top tier once refrigerated. Otherwise Samoas take the cake. Also thanks for the reminder, nowadays I need to be the entrepreneurial one and track down the girl scouts instead of vice versa.

A word of advice my man, last time I tracked little girls it ended badly for me. Be careful out there.

Don't get me wrong, I like coconut just as much as the next guy, 3 of my top 5 favorite desserts have coconut in them. However I really don't like samoas as much as I thought I would. Lemonades would be my second cookie of choice, if the tragic day ever came where they didn't have any thinmints.

I've heard that depending on what bakery the troop gets the cookies from, the name and recipes could be different, so there's a chance you might not have access to them.
