I feel like there should be some kind of reward for logging in and playing.
Like a daily login reward of gold/xp for playing 30 minutes or so.
Or x2 for getting the server going (i think there was something like this in the past)

Don't forget dailies, and secret chests giving awards based on chance. Hell, just implement additional currency that is bought with real money. Chinese may come back and Saudis will swarm the mod, buying James and Prof each a brand new Cadillac Escalade.

that sounds like a great idea, players could get a xp/gold reward depending on how much time they play, kind of like hourly rewards or something. Actually, maybe hourly rewards is too much, a lot of players would leech to get their last hourly reward and quit right afterwards, probably the best idea would be to make it more frecuent, every five minutes probably? or better yet every minute players get their reward, and to avoid players login in and just fucking around to leech xp make it so that if they contribute to the game and win a round they get a bigger reward but reseting it from time to time to avoid players getting insane amounts of xp/gold... oh wait..
