Title: Ban Odysseus

1. Name of your character involved: Genghis_KhArn

2. Name of offending character(s) Tormatun_Odysseus

3. Time and server, as accurately as possible around 15:00 or so cet

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. Was playing around on eu1 as horse archer(cancer I know) when I see Odysseus spawning with construction site and material and no weapon. I tell him that according to the rules he has to spawn with a weapon(which he was no reason not to as we got so many 0slot weapons atm). He insults me and so on after I tell him but well no real harm done there. Next round he actually follow my advice and spawn with a weapon(cool) problem is that he used it to hit me in spawn(not cool).

5. Why you think the offender did what he did. Because it is Ody and he is quite a mad boy sometimes.

I know that he did not do a ton of damage on me, but as I have seen he have had another thread against him lately I think it is time he learns to follow the rules. He can't just keep doing this shit all the time.

I fought ever round anyway all i was doing was throwing the site. As for the hit that's what Ctrl m is for and as the logs would show i did say that was a mistake.  This is just a bitching thread.
If we are not even allowed to throw sites you need to remove them completely.

You can spawn with c-stie and material but you also need a weapon. And there are a lot of 0 slot weapons to choose from, so no reason not to pick one.

I only have one which i did not know was a 0 slot sue me. That is ofc not counting that shit bow.

You hitting me was indeed a mistake, you turned towards me looked at me and swung. Yea it was a mistake but an intentional mistake...

Innocent until proven guilty...

If you have no video evidence but only this one single screenshot of you reporting him I see no way an admin would 100% believe either side and push a punishment.

It's also quite a petty to report someone for one team hit. Come on Arn...

I would not report him if it was not intentional...

Yet you cant prove it was.and seeing as i replied 2 seconds after it happened with "mistake", any normal person would have accepted and moved on. You however since 3 rounds before continued to stick right next to me for any slight misclick to report.

Any normal person would not hit his teammates in the spawn, but here we are...

I also wonder why you said it was a mistake, you have hit me more times than I can count but I have never heard you say sorry. Mostly you just insult me and say you have slept with my mother or something

I have "hit" many people many times that's because i'm cav and most of my "Hits" are bumps. and i don't tell you sorry because you dont give me the chance before you report.

As for the actually case today like i said it was a mistake. If you stop camping ontop of me ever round you might not get hit.

Tormatun_Odysseus, consider yourself warned. You have been banned barely 2 days ago for teamkilling, and before that - in december 2017 for teamwounding. This is clearly a recurring problem with you, and while I don't want to ban you for a single teamhit that did average damage, your tendency is worrying.

Please refrain from such activities in the future, it doesn't benefit anyone.
