Title: How do I use an Heirloom Exchange?

Got this message way back, never used them, don't know how to. Can anyone tell me how?

With a heirloom exchange, you get a +3 item of your choice for one of your current +3 items.
A 1:1 deal unlike the "reforge" option which is usable at any time and infinitely. Reforge gives you 2 Loom points at the cost of a +3 item, would not recommend this at all.

To use a heirloom exchange, go to character -> items -> find the +3 you want to exchange -> heirloom exchange -> done!

Hi Cassi,
Thanks for the fast response. This is what I see when I look at my only +3 item, which is the Masterwork War Spear.

Clicking on reforge just says what you told me, don't see the button to exchange.

not sure if it doesnt load correctly or the quality is just bad but If you have a heirloom exchange left you should see that on the left side, it should be a box telling you something like: "You have 5 heirloom exchanges left for (timer)!"

I think what I see there is 1 Loom Point you have left.

That means you didnt receive heirloom exchanges OR they expired already, not sure if thats a bug or intentionally

I dont have the power to give them to you.

There is a thread active around here where people can write their charactef nams if they didnt receive any heirloom exchanges, I will edit this post and link it here if I find it, otherwise you might look for it yourself.

But make sure you definitely didnt get them, go through your characters, not sure if heirloom exchanges appear on all your characters

The message you recieved was from 2014, so the loom exchanges expired long ago.
The link Cassi provided is for getting 2 LPs as christmas gifts, not loom exchanges.
