Wish you good luck with the idea.
Actually appreciate the roleplay that comes with it, but I have my doubts as to utilization.
Strategus will only see a great revive when the cRPG player base has risen to a larger amount. By then all Strategus Battles will be filled with applicants to the hundreds.
I dont know each player of your faction, but I would consider myself able to say, that all of your players are exchangable with other players.
On the other side, maybe you can prove yourself worth so much as a "task force" in battles or maybe even commanders or any other role, that you might be able to get paid for your services accordingly.

tl;dr
Like the idea and the rp. Doubt that Tormatun players are unexchangable and therefor will not get paid or accepted.

we know not all of us are hero but u need people who listen commands and do what u order.

I asked two prominent Turks what Tormatun means, none of them knew the answer, they said its some random meaningless shit. Just like its members.  8-)

actually Tormatun is uniqe name we will describe it with our play and behaviors.
