BAN REQUEST FORM:

2. Name of offending character(s) Kratos , King_James_lll_of_Acre
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: the siege of 22:40 servertime later during the siege (arround 24:00)
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. 
    We were attacking their castle and then they build a siegetower in their normal tower so that we were unable to enter it

njames89 took the blame on him and directly closed the report. I appreciate that he took care of it but he is one of the ones reported so he should not be the one closing it without someone else looking at it

njames89 is from what I know King_James_lll_of_Acre and he wrote something in the defence of Kratos in adminchat so he is also involved and he allready took the blame on him but I dont want it to just be like "all right I made a mistake and it wont happen again" because that most people simply do when they dont want to deal with these things. If an (not involved )headadmin tells me that he will be warned or something it is ok for me. But I dont accept the reported admin simply closing the report on him.

And keep out if you are not involved. Thank you.

What do you mean in the defense of Kratos? I explained you ingame, and James explained you on forums, it was a one time thing and it was wrong to do but it had no impact on the outcome of the battle. Making more threads because you didn't like what you read won't help you any further. I'll let Uther deal with this thread though, so you will be a happy guy ^^.

Thank you Kratos that is all I want  :D  and the other guys up there (most of them) are not involved in this so they are supposed to stay out.

Just my two cents, Although we were fighting in the front so the siege tower was not blocking us directly, It was stopping us from laddering behind and backstabbing archers and people spawning. We managed to get 4-5 guys to the back multiple times and each time we were blocked by the siege tower.

To kratos. You see one ladder or stake on or blocking flags in field battles and you write in admin chat, You see people we allow to be afk or not moving for an amount of time in a siege and you write in admin chat. In our siege defenses you wrote in admin chat because one of our flags was partially covered by a ladder, Yet in this siege you allowed say 10 flags or so two doorways and the only passage to the keep to be blocked for over 20-25 minutes.

You were meant to break the siege tower the second it blocked a single flag like you keep telling us.

Since Ive been there, here are my 2 cents to the matter.

Lets not go all german on this and demand exact ruling. James actually wanted to troll Kratos, but ended up trolling the whole battlefield. Not even sure who moved the SiegeTower into that position. Still there were about 4 guys trapped at the lowest level of the actual tower, who were trying to get out by destroying the siege tower since 3 mins after its construction.

Well, you implying I shouldn't do anything against rulebreaking whenever I can? I am just enforcing the rules and we are at a point that even if I warned my side you and your friends immediately complain about me being biased lol.

There were 2 developers 2 admins and a trial admin in the server, we were discussing about what to say, I made a purple text explanation and an instant Tormatun spam about hurr durr kratos biased! lol.


Other than that necessary explaination is made by high class gentlemen that fucking wasted my construction stuff.  :mad:

I need to say something. When we build tower I see one enemy from outside of Castle moved it. So it's you that block the flags  8-)

I didn't give a shit in the first place, but tbh if there would have been an admin, who was not in the team that broke the rule would have taken care of this I'd not even see any problem here, but that james on his own closes a ban thread on hisself... wow. not even Fin did that

I vote for making The Chamber of Tears the new Ban/Unban section of the forum.

On topic, I read the explainations and I accept that it was most probably just an honest mistake/fuck up. Having the siege tower be built somewhere else and then have it moved onto flags so it's suddenly against the rules is unfortunate and something that shouldn't have happened in the first place, but there are neither the admin tools to fix that, nor much else to do.

However, to satisfy the need for justice, James is banned from watching hockey matches for untll April 14, 2018, and Kratos must take a class on "Appreciating The Greeks And Their Contribution To The Civilized World", taught by Prof. Panagiotis, so he goes back to being a good western man.
