Hello,
To be short and precise, while fighting(doesnt matter, what mod)game works like on high package loss, animations/feints get stuck, some of the enemies' swings come without proper animation, I don't know what to say else, If you ever played on high package loss, you would know what I meant.
The problem is occurring since I have changed my whole pc. I have heard that windows 10 might be the issue, but I couldn't find any solution for that.
tried: dx7, compability modes, changing graphic settings, window mode, different monitors(144hz and 120hz), reinstalling game on ssd, even someone told me to turn off all of the c-support options in bios(still the same, huh), changed internet provider.
I won't go back to win7, because my proccesor is mostly compatible with windows 10, and win10 just works better with any other game(for me, at least).

I do, tried without, but getting an error "shader out of memory" or something like that.

I get it every now and then. Its especially noticable when there are many players on DTV, where you swing at a bot right in front of you and a teammate behind said bot and physically out of weapon reach dies, then the bot rubberbands through you and hits you from behind. When I then spam tab to see my ping it always shows good connection though.

As far as I remember, bots always were bugged in that way, but your case seems different than mine thou.

True but I also TK'd some mates with a 1h although there were like 3 meters away on EU1 recently.

Some of the lags are fixed:
To fix it, I use dual OS(win 10 and 7), but still there are some problems, I don't if it is, because of compatibility, drivers or something else, but when I play without WSE, game feels laggy despite always full fpscap[I play on 144hz, but game seems to be on 60hz(but it's not), if you know what I mean].

PvP is pretty much unplayable for me because of all these micro lags and stuff.
Half of the times I try to attack, kick or block again after a block the animation cancels almost immediately and then nothing happens. It's like I have to put in artificial delays between actions, so the server can figure it out and doesn't get confused in what order shit is happening. I also get ghost hits without ever seeing an animation. The only way it's even remotely playable is with ultra fast weapons and tons of wpf. But then you have all these spastics twitching around on the battlefield feinting like on an epileptic seizure or something. My fps are ok, I'm using WSE, but I don't see how it's helping.
