Title: I can not respec except wasting %20.

It had been 8 days after my last respec but I can not respec without wasting %20 of my EXP.  It is kind of bug or something?

Cant respec your strat hero without training lessons

If you dont wanna waste money on it, switch your Hero and respec, than switch back, takes time, but saves alot of cash
