Title: Buff Board Shields`

Any type of Board Shield could do with a bit of a buff (from the weakest to the heaviest), they're just inferior to other shields at the moment, can we have their stats improved in an update please :)

(I'd suggest lowering their weight to be in line with the round shields, heaters etc. and increasing the resistance to make them a bit more tanky) [EDIT: because crossbows can currently shoot straight through them, which sucks]

At the moment they're too heavy/slow to be useful (thus the reason you never see them loomed and you never see them used), and the fact that they're so thin compared to the round shields means you can be shot in the sides a lot more easily

Agreed, their low speed make them pretty unattractive for anything right now. The area covered, which is the main selling point of those shields is bypassed by the magical energy barrier created by a shield skill above 4. It is also necessary to note that they're even inferior in width compared to the round shields, and barely beat most of the mainstream shields in both width and height. This leaves the board shield with its only advantage being hit points, easily overturned by terrible resistance ratings on all of its variants (below 20).

it is true, they suck in melee becuase they are super easy to land kicks on and they slow you down so much its hard to chase archers in.  At least they could become mega strong.

I think all shields should become mega strong. Godtier options, make archers want to nerf shields kind of godtier.
