Title: Titles and Retirement

Well I just wonder is that Veteran, Master etc. titles connected with the level you retire? If it is which level gives that titles? If it's not what to do to have those titles?

Yes it is connected to the level you retire.

32 - Veteran
33 - Master
34 - Grand Master
35 - Legendary
36 - Demigod

But unless you've retired before all the patches, you cannot reach legendary anymore right? I am barely lvl 34 and I doubt theres any level 35 out there

Yeah barring some XP changes its very unlikely players starting now will reach legendary but you never know what kind of tweaks to the XP system will come in the future. There is always the potential for 100mil XP tournament prizes depending on demand.
