Title: quick march

Has any one ever tested, over long distances, whether or not it is faster to quick march every time possible?  Or is it best to just not use it unless you want to close distances fast?

In my experience its better to not quickmarch unless you will reach your destination during quickmarch or shortly after and can stay there for a little while. The exhaustion really slows you down.

Its faster if you have to cross a mountain range since you ignore terrain negatives tbh
