There is no reason to care about upkeep anymore, even as a new player; i've been playing with heavy armor and expensive weapons and i'm easily making money. Yes, you could make the argument that since the mod is borderline dead nobody cares and just want to fool around with their favourite equipment, but if the mod is to be revived, atleast in my opinion, it would need the sense of progress that made it special in the first place.

The only players this would affect are the elusive new ones as I am sure that I am not the only one sitting on 20 million+ gold.
