since it is harder to earn them the normal way through playing in battle mode.

Given that yes it's tough to earn strat ticks right now and that grinding an army can be slow, I'll absolutely increase the amount of ticks given out per unit time. Maybe throw in a 500 tick or so present as well.

Set the amount to x5 what it normally was, for now. That applies to silver gain as well.

Also, gave each strat hero 500 extra ticks. Happy birthday.
