Title: I have an account and password problem，Please help me！

I'm a chinses crpg player. i met a bug. My English is not very good，sorry。
I forgot my account number and password。then I went to the European server 1 press QMPS OR QMPY， but no responded.
I remember my account number 439295629（I can't remember exactly）。
Now I don't know what to do...Please help me, thank you！

My account name is Yeldur so yours would be whatever your first c-rpg account is

So when you do QMPS the server doesn't give you a response in game?
