REMOVE insane and broken troll levels :| which cause for troll builds. Plz :oops: Rescale character levels and item reqs accordingly.. :|

Ahh. Makes me miss the days I would shitpost with "Item Adviser" next to my forum profile. Turns out item work is really fucking complicated and time consuming, y'all. Like I spent hours just learning to complete the most pitiful work (like making slight corrections to already existing armor). Go easy on Tydeus.
