Title: Sarranid Mail Shirt Not available to heirloom

I have a once heirloomed sarranid mail shirt which i purchased on the market place. I have it in my inventory, i can wear it, i have less then 100 items, yet for some reason it is not available  to heirloom.

Please Help.

Scratch my previous statement. Apparently you need to have the requirements to loom an item? Thats retarded
