Are the servers down again? I can't see EU_1`.. not on the site either

Not down for me, I am on eu_crpg_1 battle server right now

Seeing this post gave me hope they fixed the NA ping on EU... Nope :/

Uhh, EU servers appear down, while NA and one CHN server are up...? or is it just me?
