Title: "This character belongs to someone else"

I have this error when i try to play my old chars. I want to run game on new cd key(steam). Can some admin reasign my old chars to new cd key?

I'm having the exact same problem, I have a new CD key since the old one does not work anymore for unknown reasons... (G2A, sigh)
I'd like to know if I can transfer this account to my new CD key.

yo some head admin has that power,  dupree mayhaps?  but he is quite afk atm
