I have never seen this before, but you might have a competitor that doesn't look too shabby from what I saw (not even the first whole vid yet,  but!)

Just say, Mordhau is 100% focused on combat, and Okam is focused on politics, large scale war, and other stuff. The aren't anywhere near the same thing, it's like comparing Warband and Chivalry.

That's essentially what it is, remastered Chivalry with more "physical" weapons, and many more ways of fighting. Too bad it has dirty bundle of sticks tricks like kicking and feinting. This, and abusing glitches by "pro" players made me rage.quit Chivalry for a long time.

Yeah, a better Chivalry. There won't be mounted combat and no persistent world or high player counts so it's no real competitor to OKAM nor is OKAM a competitor for Mordhau. Those games will co-exist.
Still there is Bannerlord though...
