Title: The Dwarves finally moved to retake their home (updated with results)

Following the ancient map, the last band of wayward dwarves discover that the long-lost lonely mountain of yore is none other than Radoghir Castle.  They don their mail and raise their axes for what could be the last time.  All hope of possessing their ancestral homeland resides in this one assault.  Their mission ends in victory or death.  Rumor has it that the ancient guardian of this lonely peak has passed.  Or does he merely sleep?  There is only one way to find out.

Far over the misty mountains cold
To dungeons deep and caverns old
We must away, ere break of day,
To find our long-forgotten gold.

Many thought them mad for attacking at such a time -- when the world grows cold.  Some say the earth itself is dying.  Dwarves are nothing if not stubborn.  Nothing will stop the steady march.  The final attack.  A desperate lunging for the ultimate treasure that lies beneath the very bones of the mountain itself:

EDIT:  Ok, for those who MISSED THE BATTLE, the dwarves are, of course, victorious.  The ancestral lands have been settled, though the battle was...well...

Well...there was one of us at least.

AND AT LONG LAST, the lonely mountain is ours.  The only problem is -- the castle is made of fookin' wood!   So much for that.

On to the next...

It's all good, James.  I appreciate the fact that you even signed up, actually.  Without that, it would have been even lonelier.  The lonely loneliest mountain.
