Title: can't loom longbow

I bought a longbow and I'm lvl 31 but it won't let me loom my longbow.  All my other weapons show up just not the longbow.

if you dont have the requierement ( 7 power draw if i am not wrong) of an item, you cant loom it

You have both loomed and standart Longbow in your inventory? If yes - sell standart.
