Title: help me!

Dear admin:
   I respec my charactar in the afternoon，Time display is over 7 days and button will not experience.
   After i respec, i found my experience cut 20%, omg,since 2010 i played crpg had never happened such a thing.
   Now i 37 lev，i have been rushed to level 38 efforts, i think it must be a system failure.
   Please help me recover，my adult, endless gratitude.

Is that character you respecced your Strategus hero?
Because that one does not get a free respec, only your other heroes.
