Title: Jomsborg Vikings-exclusive banner is not taken in game!!!

I have yesterday an exclusive banner auctioned (E1-3), but it does not appear in the game.
could an admin please help us?

Did your launcher update the banners? Did you select "use clan banner" when you select your character? Is the character you are playing as in the clan (as a member or supporter)? Also note, when it appears, it will be flipped horizontally in game, so you should flip it on the website so that the text is not mirrored ingame.

thank you for your quick help, but my problem is the my own banner does not appear in the game and I do not know why.
I purchased a banner and it can not be used in the game, it may be due to the Launcher shall I wait?

this is my banner , I was uploading , but it is in the game does not appear :(
