Overview

Rules
Failure to adhere to the rules may result in up to loss of a reward for a team player or the disqualification of a team. Stick to the rules and listen to the admin and you'll be fine.

Scoring

PRIZES!
Each player on the team receives the award for their team's place


Date
The tourney will be held on the 14th and 15th. This should be ample time to finish the attempts of the first map.

The character I was planning on using is not an STF but is only going to be level 34 sooo... is that okay?

Yes indeeder, you eu fellows can play on Eu8 instead of na8.

Also, don't forget to start signing up for times to attempt the maps! Coordinate with your teams and figure out a time that'll work for all you guys (and hopefully an admin as well), and post it here!

AND the start of the tournament will be pushed back a week for a variety of reasons. So, it will now start on the 14th!

The results are in! Poll has ended, and the first map for the tournament will be...... Celtic Ruins! In a close second was DTV Istinar, followed by DTV Desert Mountain. Thanks to all who voted! To those of you who are late to the party,  don't worry,  there is still a week until the tournament, plenty of time to get your team going.

I think we'll be okay Gryph. You and me are for sure going to be there, Rhalzo will come the thirty minutes to my place if he doesn't have internet yet. Tiger will most likely make it (though hearing for sure would be great), our wild card right now is Zahrale. the 50 million really doesnt make up for it, since 50 mill. or 100 million both lead to level 36ish somewhere not 37.  Before tournament starts can we justs witch out the heirloom exchange for 3 loompoints in 1st place?  It just doesnt make sense not to gun for 2nd instead of 1st.  Heirloom exchanges pretty crappy anyway, just swapping loomed items not gaining any looms - could just trade on marketplace and get same effect.

Seems like the prize for first isn't really all that appealing, at least from what some of you guys have said. Once I get the chance I'll chat w/ Dupre about it, maybe we can work something else out instead. I'll post here once I know. Gonna do another reminder here but please sign up asap! Getting close to the weekend and I'd like to see basically every team get their attempt done during that time! If there's going to be some issue, add me on steam, and we can try to work out some other time during the week.

I'm sure it will be fine, you've done enough making a note of it here. As long as vercn isn't on any other teams, and you go into the server with a 5 man team, it doesn't matter too much beyond that.

Got like 8th group - none of us really play dtv, didn't even know they cam from another side, killed virgin behind us.

I know at least 3 of us never played that DTV map ever and we were not on ts as we just had 2 randoms who were playing DTV at the time join our team.  So can you send my participation award to Kesh_Agility_Whore?  Thanks.

Agreed, the lag was very weird, the ping was good but the delay and ghostrange felt like 200+ ping. It was even worse on Eu_8 that day, no idea what was going on. Uther had the same problem.
