Our server has been attacked continuously!！

There is a legend in the Chinese MB circles, his name is WanJinYou, meaning "the tiger balm". WanJinYou is a college student, about 20 years old, and now he became the godfather of malicious attacks MB. He became famous for the DDOS attacker, and he had some disciples. Now he and his disciples all day and night attack M&B CN server.

Why? It is said that once WanJinYou is a MB player, he was active in the MB Chinese forum. It's where he and a female player fall in love. It was said to be his first love. Unfortunately, the girl was later proved to be a man, and he just made a joke. Maybe WanJinYou was hurt, crazy, he thought that MB was cheating him and started to attack all the MB servers. Of course, cRPG has also been implicated. He is not a hacker, only using simple software, but he taught a number of primary school students to do these bad things.

The story above may be just an excuse, and now WanJinYou those guys want to blackmail money, some people call the police, but no use. The initial attack began in October 2015.

Now cn CRPG server completely paralyzed, those students will not be responsible for what. They're a bunch of idiots. Universal people, please save the poor CN player!

The CN server has no form of DDOS mitigation? Assuming that is the form of attack that is.

Also, bringing attention to attacks only leads to more attacks because they know that you are mad

Best to just not say anything about it in public like this, imo

99% of people who claim to be a DDOS attacker (80% of 'anonymous') are in fact script kiddie users.
The more bandwidth and computer (CPU) you have and the more impact you do against the server, that's all.

That's just a nerd's fight between client and server of who got the biggest one. :rolleyes:

Sure thing. I plan to hold a mw giveaway within one week. I haven't decided on a theme yet, but surely everyone who still plays this mod and needs some masterworks will be able to participate and win something, you including :wink:

Make them greedy scrubs work for it though!

Don't make it a giveaway, make it a difficult riddle or some tedious task or some shit like that. :D
