Title: Increase the ban length of Killmax.

1. Name of your character involved : Panos
2. Name of offending character(s) : Killmax
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible : EU7 (DTV) and EU1
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after: Joined this morning to play some DTV, Killmax joined after me, and he made a ban poll against me, because he didnt like that I was playing mounted, later he started teamhitting me.
Incident 2 : EU1, around noon, he went full Turk, and started attacking me and my horse.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. : Another Butthurt turk, who thinks that is better from THE PANOS.
6. Multiple Screenshots
The attacks occured after the 20second no damage period.

I witnessed the last one where BB where also on, he had no reason to go ham on Panos there.

Mate, for the last 10 days he keeps random polling me, teamattacking me and other shit like that, yes, I still am against banning people, but even my tolerance has a limit.

Panos attacked me and i attacked back next round that's the case,and i hit only twice,it seems like i hit 4 times because he has a horse.
I am already banned don't be stupid panos.
and i only kick polled u once like 2 weeks ago or smt because u were swearing religion and being racist and u actually deserved ban there ,but admins doesn't cares about swearing if the cussing is not aimed at their friend.

The current ban has been placed by Uther, so technically it would be up to him to decide on this request, I believe.

Nontheless, I take the liberty to handle this now as I feel Killmax and me have a special connection. :wink:
Uther may excuse my break of protocol here please.


The ban time will not be prolonged and there will be no essay ban for now. Let me explain why:


Basically, and please take this serious now, Killmax, this is the very last attempt to calm you down.
The only reason your ban is not prolonged, although there is a valid reason to do so, is my impression that people keep provoking you, pushing your buttons.
We have had these kind of issues with a few new players from the Turkish community and either we manage to explain them the concept of 'free speech' or they left due to varying reasons.
We shall attempt the same thing now.


But one more time to make this perfectly clear:

You sit out this ban, you behave ingame, ignore provokations, make proper, reasonable ban threads if you feel it to be necessary and do not team hit or team kill even once on purpose anymore...

...only if you manage all the above, you can keep playing this mod. Simple really.
You slip one more time ingame, just once, and the consequences will be harsh.



One final pr0-tip:
If people keep spamming the chat with stuff you do not like, you have the possibility to mute them over your ingame menu. Just hit ESC and choose mute player. This works all the time.
