Title: launcher not working
Post by: Rastingo on March 17, 2016, 01:01:00 pm: So I've started using a new computer, and want to play crpg again, downloaded and installed Mount and blade warband, with napoleonic wars and l'aigle another mod I use as well.

Then for CRPG I downloaded the client from the site as normal, hit launch game and it comes up with an error:

Then says "WSE not found".

No idea what I'm doing, a little help?

and yes, it contains the folder >cRPG< which you just replace with the current cRPG folder (steam apps>download>commons>cRPG), save your character faces and stuff bevore if you find it!

Post by: Rastingo on March 17, 2016, 07:19:32 pm: Okay so, I finally finished downloading your link Cassi, your's was a lot more stable to download, and replaced the crpg file, tried launching then via the launcher, same error appeared but the Mount and blade launcher appears with the mod selection, so i can start cRPG, it's very glitchy, and the interface seems different? (Might be updated? xD)

Join a game and all hell breaks out, the game is glitchy, it freezes, and then crashes my PC.

That and any new characters I create seem to online be registered as females and at level 24?

Totally lost. Dunno what happened but crpg seems not too great anymore :(

Post by: Varadin on March 17, 2016, 08:10:14 pm: Reinstall warband and delete all remaining files, download warband and install it, download the zip file i provided you with ( about 700 megabyets) and extract it into warband/module and enjoy

Post by: Casul on March 17, 2016, 09:34:45 pm: ye agreed, the file should be 100% clean and fine working, I think there is something wrong with warband too, so as varadin said reinstall it maybe.

And the characters, thats really weird, I have no idea what happaned, but you can still make stf chars :lol:

Post by: MURDERTRON on March 17, 2016, 10:57:35 pm: You need to run Warband vanilla first. Then after that, run crpglauncher.exe or whatever. You shouldn't be using the Warband launcher.
