lvl38=657,839,195 Exp Feel like this one is obvioius lvl38=657m/8m=82 LP he's comparing the amout of looms you could get if you retired at lvl 35 every time instead of going to 38 lvl38=82/3=27 +3items the amount of itmes you could loom lvl38=82x35=2870 upgrade 82LPs x lvl 35? lvl38≈410$ did you really calculate how much 82lp's are worth? lvl38=lvl37+547,739,640 exp=lvl37+1AP+1SP ? 547,739,640 exp=1AP+1SP

38 to 39 is 5 billion xp. maybe his great grandchildren?
So devs, please consider adjusting these extremely distorted figures.

I suppose I should have actually mentioned this in the first place.
The entire point of having there be an extreme increase in xp needed to level is to create a maximum level without an actual "final level". Essentially, in order to balance a game where each person can assign their own attributes and skills you have to be able to know what the average number of those attributes and skills is going to be, and what the maximum number of those attributes and skills could be. You have to set limits on the types of builds people can have, without actually setting any un-natural caps, in order to figure out basically everything else in balancing. What damage weapons should have, what max level your server/net-code can actually handle, etc.
It's actually probably one of the most amazing and yet unmentioned triumphs of crpg in the first place. The vast majority of multi-player games have either strict base attributes, or extremely linear upgrade options specifically because it is so difficult to balance otherwise.
As to your point about increasing the level cap. I seriously doubt having many people at level 39 or 40 or 41 would be healthy for the mod. Instead of thinking 0f the increase in xp as unfair, just think of level 37 as the max level, and level 38 as the max+1 level for the super dedicated.

So devs, please consider adjusting these extremely distorted figures.
level progression follows the principle of a soft cap. No maximum level is defined, but the exceeding amount of xp needed to level up gets great enough to pose as an unspoken cap.
only the most nerdy among us can reach those divine xp levels: http://c-rpg.net/?page=tavernhof
the levelcap is in place to even out character power on the field

Oh thank god someone explained it much more simply. I realized as soon as I finished typing all I did that running it through any translator, or even having English as a workable second language would lead to much frustration when interpreting my post.

And that is the moment where I would ban your ass and your Chinese friends as well. Luckily for you, I'm not admin :)
There is no reason to love and hate. Please, Leshma, why do you hate me? I said that the 82LP value is 410$, but I don't know who, when and where the transaction. These are secret, private, unknown. I played for five years, I never use real money trading, I swear! I think this is stupid.

What you posted is a torture to read for someone who isn't quite comfortable with English.
Let me explain it, Yuang:
38 lvl too much power So 38 lvl is very very hard to get, needs too much exp no lvl 38 = everyone is lvl 36-37 = everyone is equal = fair game.

Maybe you're right. 36lvl is perfect, 37lvl is not necessary. As for 38lvl, I think 0.3-0.4 billion XP more appropriate. So that everyone has the power to continue to play.

38lvl= very powerful = very much XP= very difficult to reach = but there is hope

Good point, but I think that's the way devs planned it, so that the difference in average players' levels is reduced.
Well, maybe this is 35lvl's retirement plan. CRPG started to be a level game, but now it's more like NATIVE. One of my character has died on the way to 38lvl.

very good idea! put it to an amount so that blacklisting trolls becomes relevant again, this will surely increase the numbers of players participating in strat battles and will make it worthwhile playing for those who usually sit on eu1 or eu7 while huge battles are being played^^

So what happened to Chinese cRPG and the real money trading for looms? Statistically, at least some players were grinding xp and selling LPs for living. I can somewhat understand why cRPG died in the rest of the world, but in China, cRPG was THE SHIT.
