Zeeno: Three rules broken

1) Delaying: Given the situation W0lf had decided to not duel Kap10; by killing W0lf you have delayed the round.
2) Teamkilling: Should be clear, teamkilled W0lf to force duels.
3) Bro-coding/Forcing duels:  This is not allowed; (bro-coding is "okay" so long as you aren't preventing teammates from harming enemies.)- This is my take on bro-coding.
However, Forcing duels is not allowed; If any given player decides they don't want to allow 1v1 situations, you're in no place to force them too. Go to duel if you want to duel where people can't have the potential for messing up your duels.

- Zeeno your ban record recently (2015-2016) has been clean so your other bans in the past (2011-2014) will not effect ban time.

Three rules broken: no recent bans 12x3 = 36 hours.
