Don't say GOBBLINS fought well, the faction attacked like morons during the middle of a workday in a pathetic grab at free crates when we're already the richest faction and don't need them, and then didn't sign up enough people like arrogant morons and lost like they should. Good job beating the faction, unironically.

I'd say charge him with treason.  Disobeyed orders and brought shame to the Gobblin Kingdom.  If you show any weakness in enforcing discipline now, the rest of the gobblins will swarm up against you to claim the alpha-gobblinship.
