4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after : Long story short, Some months ago Aygir though he was was better than me, so he challenged me to a duel for a +3 item, he lost 7-0 and he did not pay (no shit :lol: ) the thing is that since then he is very fucking butthurt, and everytime he joins, he opens a ban poll against me, most of the times it does not pass, and thats why I did not made a ban request against him earlier, but today it passed, and to be honest I had enough of that little turkshit.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did : Butthurt cause mad cause bad, the turkish version of Xesta (he owes me a +3 aswell from a bet)

I want also to add, that a week ago, he made 3 ban polls against me , and everyone failed (Blackbow was present) but I asked him not to ban him, because I have negative feelings regarding bans. (Blackbow can verify my sayings if he remembers)

I was present at the time and I can confirm what Panos said, also the poll barely passed at 53% which means a lot of people probably voted out of spite or as a jest.

I witnessed this as well. All Panos did was a bit of shit talking, like everyone else on cRPG does. That does not justify a ban poll. Aygir should have a little timeout.

4 bans on record, abused poll ban on more than one occasion. I think this guy can take the rest of today off (12 hours). Poll bans are for removing teamkillers/delayers when no admin is online, not when you do not like what someone is saying. There is a mute function and if you feel someone is being racist post about it (with proof) here and let us handle it, instead of getting yourself banned.
Can not lock EU threads so someone else will have to close this.
