You know what happens on warband singeplayer with swadians?

They get fucking destroyed before campaign even really started.

In my playthroughs, Swads always rise to the top (only to be destroyed eventually for my own kingdom quest), because I always side with them.

Yep, either Khergit or Swadifats for me, but it was always the same.
they got rekt from all sides at the beginning and later rise again to enormous strenght, I guess they have the worst location although the best army overall, so its kinda balanced again.
