Title: Troop Recruitment for under 100 troops is broken.

Had a battle some time ago(2 days).

I should of had 100 troops within a day and a half(ish). After two days, i have under 100, there fore, recruitment is borked.

That's normal, but on the website it says 3/hour.

Sounds like a miscalculation. You shouldnt be consuming ticks whilst recruiting below 100.

If the website predicts you'll be using ticks still it will predict you making +1 troop an hour from what you actually are. Have your ticks been going down?

And yes, you DO consume ticks below a hundred(to get 2/hour, otherwise you earn 1/hour for nothing)
