As New Kapıkulu, we hereby claim Rduna Village, Rindyar Castle and Yalibe Village. Those fiefs will be open to visit for anyone who is our ally and supports us.Anyone who enters our lands without any prior message or without any agreements or permissions, is to be attacked.

We have a change in the plans. Rduna Village is now only open to the factions that support us in our battles.It is not a freeport.
Anyone who is in violation with our claim is to be terminated.
