FYI:
If you attack the AI. It can buy gear, and then sell it back for MORE money, to subsequently buy better armor and repeat this process.
Thus, if you attack the AI, it will make money over the 24 hours that you are attacking it.

How would it be able to sell back to make more money? Isn't gear sold at 80% price cut?

Not to mention since when does AI even sell its gear? And it looks like in this strat gear is sold at -60% instead of -80%.

AI has no restriction. (either at buy, or sell).
I only noticed it when I attacked a fief. I haven't double verified it with other fiefs.
Not to mention since when does AI even sell its gear? And it looks like in this strat gear is sold at -60% instead of -80%.
AI would routinely buy/sell gear last strat, up until the battle time. Pretty sure you can find this in older posts.
(gear sells for -80% correctly, I verified that when I sold all mine after the battle I had)
